DESCRIPTION:This ticket is used for delivery of NordDRG 2024 national defin
 ition tables (json\, xlsx\, csv). The delivery of tables and feedback from
  national organisations follows the NordDRG timetable https://www.nordcase
 .org/eng/principles/timetable/&nbsp\; Feedback from national organisation 
 to PL0 and PR0 tables is expected within 10 working days after delivery of
  respective tables.  While making the changes in NDMS and running the vali
 dations we noticed that changes of DGCATs of Finnish MDC19 diagnosis codes
  (see TCs on ticket #854) created a need for revision of the mapping of Fi
 nnish MDC19 dg codes and ICD+ codes.&nbsp\;  Furthermore\, the new mapping
  created a need to revise also other grouping features (COMPL\, COMPLEX\, 
 PDGPROP\, DGPROP\, SDGPRO) of MDC19 dg codes. This was done based on the b
 est knowledge by using 2023 version information.&nbsp\; This means that so
 me of national codes which previously had certain grouping features do not
  have them anymore in 2024 version and vice versa.  In addition\, rule of 
 DRG P01O OR procedure due to gender-identity related contact\, short thera
 py was added to logic. The rule was missing in TCs. The rule of P01O is a 
 copy of DRG P01 OR procedure due to gender-identity related contact rule a
 nd is placed above the rule of DRG 424O O. r. procedure w principal diagno
 sis of mental illness\, short therapy. Duration &lt\;3 days.  We would lik
 e Finland to pay attention to PL0 version testing results and double-check
  the MDC19 dg codes grouping features in 2024PL0 def.table and suggest cha
 nges if need be via this ticket (we keep the ticket #854 closed).  &nbsp\;
