We have tested PL0 and found some errors in the logic that needs to be corrected. 

In PL0 logic hierarchy DRG 082C and DRG 082N are placed above DRG 082A and DRG 082B. That is incorrect. The correct order is: 

082A Hengityselinten kasvaimet, sädehoito (082FA Respiratory neoplasms, radiotherapy)

082B Hengityselinten kasvaimet, sytostaattihoito (082FB Respiratory neoplasms, cytostatic therapy)

083C Hengityselinten kasvaimet, komplisoitunut (082C Respiratory neoplasms w cc)

083N Hengityselinten kasvaimet, ei komplisoitunut (082N Respiratory neoplasms)

Also, DRGs 239C and 239N are placed above DRGs 239A and 239B. The correct order is:

239A Tuki- ja liikuntaelinten tai sidekudoksen maligniteetti, sädehoito (239A Pathological fractures & musculosceletal & conn tiss malign, radiotherapy)

239B Tuki- ja liikuntaelinten tai sidekudoksen maligniteetti, sytostaattihoito (239B Musculosceletal & conn tiss malign, cytostatic therapy)

239C Tuki- ja liikuntaelinten tai sidekudoksen maligniteetti tai patologinen murtuma, komplisoitunut (239C Pathological fractures & musculoskeletal & connective tissue malignancies, w CC)

239N Tuki- ja liikuntaelinten tai sidekudoksen maligniteetti tai patologinen murtuma, ei komplisoitunut (239N Pathological fractures & musculoskeletal & connective tissue malignancy, w/o CC)

And finally, DRG 377N is placed above DRGs 384A and 384B, although it should be vice versa. The correct order is:

384A Raskauden aikainen tila, komplisoitunut (384A Antepartum diagnoses, w CC)

384B Raskauden aikainen tila, ei komplisoitunut (384B Antepartum diagnoses, w/o CC)

377N Obstetrinen toimenpide (377N Obstetrical problem with other OR procedure)

Will you please do the corrections needed and send us corrected tables for another round of testing.

P.S. You might want to recheck the Combined name for DRG 239C. The mapping seems to be correct, but the name doesn’t seem to match the code.

Finland has now tested PL0a version and the results are as expected, except for one thing:
Due to inconsistency in costs, we wish to withdraw the cc / non-cc split for DRG 239E. 
We want the group to remain as it was in 2024 version:
239E Tuki- ja liikuntaelinten tai sidekudoksen maligniteetti tai patologinen murtuma (Pathological fractures & musculoskeletal & connective tissue malignancy)

No more testing is needed to be done, so after the above-mentioned change, PL1 tables can be delivered.

Thank you for updates. Additional ATC codes have been added to NDSM/MBC and we are ready to deliver FIN2025PR0a version for testing.

We have now tested the 2025PR0a tables and are happy with the results. 2025PR1 tables can be delivered.
